Visit Rebekah J. in her home studio and hear her talk on how she began this journey and why she creates.

ABOUT

THE ARTIST

With a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Metalsmithing from the University of Washington, Rebekah uses traditional metalsmithing techniques to create her collections. Her deep and lifelong connection with craft alongside her ability to meld an organic quality with compassionate meaning, her work creates objects which allow the wearer to connect with significant moments in their lives.

THIS IS

A FAMILY BUSINESS

MEET DAN: the love of Rebekah's life since she was 18, he’s the honey-do list checker, sounding board, tissue hander, foot rubber, wine pourer, and an all-around amazing guy.

AND LUKA:
a designer in training with an incredible eye, looks enough like Rebekah, that she's a great stand-in at in-person shows.

BIRDIE - TRIP HAZARD

Birdie, though blinding white, takes her job as studio trip hazard VERY seriously. She loves being close enough to remind me it's time to take a break for a walk, or a mid-day snuggle.

POLLY - OFFICE SECURITY

Polly, will ruin you with her smize or offer up the belly for a rub. She can often be found in the studio window snickering at the birds (both the feathered ones and the dog).

THE STUDIO

Everything I create is made in my home studio which is close to the comings and goings of my family. I love feeling like my studio is or is near the heartbeat of my home.
